Parking: Citywide: three-hour metered parking in some areas and very limited neighborhood parking in others. Large public lots open in different parts of town in summer. Parking is enforced.
Access: Just north of Aliso Creek Beach; best accessed by the ramp at the southwest corner of the Montage Resort.
Stairs & walk: Coming soon
Swimming: Popular for swimming, tide pooling and other beach activities. Mostly sand bottom with very strong shorebreak surf; the beach can become steep depending on sand conditions.
Surfing: Skimboarding is allowed at the southern end. The City does not list Treasure Island as a designated surfing area.
Tide & safety: Surf can become large, with numerous rip currents forming at the north end along the rocks and at the southern end. Conditions change daily.
