Filming & Video Disclaimer

Purpose & filming context

Our videos and broadcasts are provided for informational, documentary and entertainment purposes. Liive from Laguna Beach is destination media, not an official travel advisory. Crews may record in publicly accessible places where streets, beaches, businesses, people, vehicles and events may appear incidentally. Actual live streams are unedited as events unfold; recordings, edited tours and replays are not described as unedited livestreams.

Distressing footage & public safety

Some footage may include storms, flooding, king tides, emergencies or circumstances some viewers may find distressing. Liive is not an official news, weather or emergency alert source. If you are in danger, call local emergency services and follow public-safety instructions. Our crews do not interfere with first responders or public safety operations and do not intentionally endanger themselves or others to obtain footage.

Live broadcasts, recordings & changing conditions

Only actual active broadcasts are marked LIVE. Recordings, edited tours and replays are identified accurately, and dates are displayed when known. Conditions at the destination, business hours, access, weather, tides and restrictions may change after filming. Recorded footage does not establish current conditions. Live views may be delayed, interrupted or unavailable and are not a safety service.

Appearances & promotional relationships

The appearance of a business or person does not, by itself, imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. We disclose paid sponsorships and other material promotional relationships where applicable. Incidental appearance is distinct from an explicitly identified sponsored placement.

Our video channels & separate travel services

@OrcaTravelCollection is our master tourism and walking-tour YouTube channel. Links or videos from the separate @LiiveMediaAroundtheWorld channel may cover general filming, events and footage that is not travel-focused. These channels have distinct, intentional roles; core travel-focused walking tours remain on @OrcaTravelCollection.

Trip planning and bookings are handled separately through Orca Travel Collection and remain subject to its existing website terms. The documentary-video description above does not characterize those travel services as merely informational or replace their terms.

Permissions, privacy & correction requests

This disclaimer does not confer a right to film where permission is required, grant image-use rights or constitute a release from anyone who appears in footage. It supplements, and does not replace, our existing Terms of use, Privacy, Camera Privacy & Use and Photo Credits & Rights policies. The fixed-camera operating standards, including their audio and privacy provisions, remain unchanged; they are not a description of every crew-produced tour or event video.

For filming privacy, image-use or correction requests, use the existing Contact Liive form. Include the page or video link, location, approximate recording date or time if known, and a description of your concern. Photo-rights inquiries can also use the existing contact options on the Photo Credits & Rights page.
