- — Releases are produced while the account remains active — four per year on an account that stays active.
- — Liive produces the release. No specific media outlet, publication or guaranteed coverage is promised.
- — Qualifying new trial advertisers may receive a Liive-funded introductory press release, subject to qualification and admin approval.
- — Any guest offer attached to a release is chosen and funded by the business, never by Liive.

Details & policies
Billing
- — A payment method is collected at signup. The monthly subscription is not charged that day.
- — The subscription begins with a 30-day trial.
- — The first recurring monthly charge occurs automatically on day 31.
- — Cancel before the trial ends and no recurring monthly charge is made.
- — If you add Design It For Me, the $200 one-time creative fee is charged at signup, separately from the monthly subscription.
- — If a recurring payment fails there is a 7-day grace period before the placement is paused.
Cancellation
- — Month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
- — No prorated refunds for a paid billing period.
- — A paid placement stays live through the end of the current billing period.
- — Liive may suspend a placement mid-period for policy, payment or creative reasons.
- — Trial cancellations end the subscription before the first recurring charge and release the reserved inventory immediately.
- — The $200 creative fee is separate from the subscription and follows the creative-design refund policy.
Design It For Me
- — The $200 Design It For Me fee is charged once at signup, separately from the monthly subscription.
- — It covers 3 concepts; you select 1, and Liive prepares that concept for production.
- — If Liive does not deliver the 3 concepts, the $200 fee is fully refunded.
- — Once creative production has started or concepts have been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
- — If missing branding, rights or materials from your side prevent approval after the work is done, the fee is not automatically refunded.
- — Liive may issue a discretionary refund where appropriate.
If a payment fails
- — If a recurring invoice fails, a 7-day grace period begins.
- — The advertiser and Liive are both notified of the failure.
- — Payment is retried automatically during the grace period.
- — The placement may remain live for those 7 days.
- — If payment is not recovered by day 7, the account becomes payment-delinquent and the placement is paused.
- — Inventory may be held for admin review; advertiser records and creative assets are retained.
- — If payment is later recovered, Liive can restore the placement.
Availability
Liive is not a wall of advertising. We design around roughly 6–8 premium partners per camera. Category inventory is deliberately limited so the site never feels cluttered. Availability is rechecked immediately before any payment. If a placement becomes unavailable during checkout, no charge is made.
